Payment POLICY

Time of payment:

Your purchase will be charged when your order is sent out.

Some banks may show both a pre-authorization and the actual subsequent charge. This amount will be automatically released. If this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorization.

Shipping POLICY

Delivery methods and costs:

Due to the current situation, delivery methods may vary.
When processing your purchase, we will show you the options available for your order.

  • Home delivery:
    • Standard delivery / FREE SHIPPING

The estimated delivery time will be between 3-5 working days, depending on the delivery address.

Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.

Order status:

You will receive email updates on the status of your order.

You can also access this information in the section “My Account”.  If you are not registered, click on the “Order information” link in the confirmation email to track your order.


We try to reach all corners of the earth from If there are any delivery restrictions on your address, you will see them at the time of purchase.

Split orders:

It is possible that your order be dispatched from different logistics centres. If this happens, we’ll let you know by email which items you will receive in each shipment.

How to exchange:


You can change the size or color of your items. If you prefer to exchange it for another item

Exchanging an item bought on is very easy. Visit a Saadi Mall store that has the same department that the item belongs to, with your receipt, and hand over the original to receive the new one.

Special conditions:

Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:

  • Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
  • Underwear: underwear items may not be exchanged or returned except for tops, bodysuits and vests from the Kids’ section kept in their original packaging.
  • Accessories: must be returned with the original packaging intact.
  • Fragrances: must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
  • Cosmetics: must be returned in the same packaging and in original condition.



The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Except for orders paid for by Cash on Delivery for which refunds shall be made via bank transfer.

Bank Cards purchases (Credit/Debit) will be refunded against the Bank Card (Credit/Debit) used for the original purchase.  If you wish to be refunded CASH, you can request your return directly in one of our stores.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
